Terms and Conditions

1. Buy Golden Baby Premium product, get an airtime unique code on voucher, use the code to avail UPTO Kshs 100 airtime.
2. The Offer is valid from 15/DEC/2022 – 15/JUNE/2023 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
3. Offer is applicable and valid only THREE times per user, per mobile number, per week.
4. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
5. Airtime code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
6. Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the airtime voucher must be addressed to service provider directly.
7. All participants who have bought the promotional packs of products with a Golden Baby logo or airtime Logo and offer details during the offer period shall be eligible to receive the respective voucher during the Offer Period.
8. The Offer is open to residents of Kenya above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Sai Pharmaceuticals Kenya Limited – Hygiene Division, and TopRewards Kenya.
9. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non cashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
10. In case of any misuse, fraud, or disruption, Sai Pharmaceuticals Kenya Limited – Hygiene Division and TopRewards Kenya Ltd reserve the right to deny participation.
11. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability shall fall upon both the parties.
12. By participating, each participant agrees to hold harmless both parties and their affiliates from any liability arising from this program.
13. TopRewards Kenya Ltd cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
14. The Offer cannot be redeemed after expiry. No replacement codes will be issued.
15. If participant is registered under DND, messages may not be received and companies are not liable.
